Native plant leaves and berries adorn the smaller glass panels. Cabinet doors can also come in the reverse; clear spans of glass with sandblasted leaves or designs. Drawer pulls are made out of burls. Hand rubbed with linseed oil. $1,200 Table Stools These stools are made of our SmartWood Certified Douglas fir. They will fit beneath a table. The seat is made of growth ring “end grain” for added interest. See close-up photo for detail. Stools’ luster brought out by hand rubbing with linseed oil. $112 a piece. Close-up of end grain stool seat This pattern is achieved by painstakingly piecing together small chunks of wood, with the growth ring end of the wood pointing up, to create a design. It makes a very hard wearing surface as witnessed in old ballroom and armory floors being made this way, in the past. No two stool seats are the same. Very interesting. Chest Cabinet Chest made of oak lumber procured for us by the client, but can be made out of our own certified Doug fir. This chest was commissioned to hold a doll house on top. Two upper drawers and two lower cabinets. Cabinet is stained dark and has coat of polyurethane, per client's request. As always, we custom what you request  $650.
